We need some help with domestic chores so we're looking for the right person to help us clean our home and some other domestic chores. ***PLEASE READ ALL BULLETS THOROUGHLY*** If interested, please reach out. We prefer someone who lives in South Austin or Buda. Below are some requirements -Licensed, bonded, insured - Items get put back in the exact same spot after dusting -Bathroom Sink tops cleared, kitchen items put back, & random items around house to be placed back in their proper locations - We'll work with you to create a Cleaning checklist/reference book (maybe with with photos) - Laundry: we'll do the washing part. We need someone to take them out of the dryer and put away the clothes properly in drawers and closets - Vacuum the Couch- dog hair. -Ensure floors are cleaned below furniture -Quarterly: clean cabinet doors, blinds, window glass, fans, clean out oven, wash trash cans, wash floor mats *-Optional: come change bedding for airbnb guests between 11-2pm (on call) use proper cleaning supplies on correct items. e.g. electronic wipes on electronic screen; moist wipes/towels for dusting, clean friedge with olive/vinegar,
