Housekeeper Job in Seatac, Washington

Single story house. Basic deep cleaning needed. 1.5 bathrooms, floors and two larger spaces along with kitchen area need cleaning. House has a lot of clutter right now so may also need to run out and get some storage boxes to declutter. Hardwoods and dusting especially! I work from home so there may be a few moments where I need to speak on the phone with co-workers but usually I leave it on mute. Girlfriend may or may not be here and she'll also have preferences. Beyond that, just looking for someone to come in and clean as best as possible in the time allowed. I have some supplies and rags/bags but one should also have their own supplies. Rate negotiated as a fixed job. 1 price for all the work regardless of hours.
