Housekeeper Job in New York, New York

Hello, I an in charge of a luxury loft that is rented out and I am looking for a cleaning person who I can form a relationship with to help do the cleaning. The loft is 2 bed 2 bath and has minimal decor as it is treated like a hotel. The tasks include washing all the sheets and towels, doing dishes, cleaning the floors and bathrooms. The loft must be left in perfect condition. We need cleanings before and after renters. Rentals are scheduled months in advance so I can give you a detailed schedule in advance. Cleanings are usually needed once a week. We will offer very competitive pay. I am looking for a very reliable person who is a good communicator and can work with my schedule. Sometimes we need an emergency cleaning, you must be flexible. Thank you!!!
