Applications without these will not be considered.*** =================================================================== We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Must be at least 18 years of age with some high school education or equivalent. EXPERIENCE At least 2 years experience cleaning commercial buildings helpful. A combination of experience and education may be considered. Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: General knowledge of custodial procedures and practices. Knowledge of carpet cleaning. Cleaning of bathrooms including floors, sink, toilets, handles and restocking supplies. Sweep and mop non-carpeted floors Dusting cabinets and bookshelves Wiping down phones and computer monitors & keyboards. Wipe all counters and surfaces as well as door handles. Cleaning kitchen sinks and dishes. Emptying trash cans and recycling bins to pick up containers/dumpster. Possess cleaning skills using floor machines, buffers, vacuums, carpet cleaners, pressure washer, brooms, mops, shovels, natural cleaning products. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Follow all health and safety regulations Able to provide outstanding customer service and get along with coworkers, patrons, and supervisors. The ability to successfully complete a background check including but not limited to criminal history search is required. Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
