Housekeeper Job in Athens, Ohio

I am in Central Ohio looking for someone to help my Mother get her house back in order. This is a mess, and may need a lot of hard work in the beginning. Hopefully, after it gets back in shape once a month or so. Mom is nearly 80 & has several health issues and is in home alone 70 miles from all of us kids. I need someone who will not be judgmental about her housekeeping skills (or lack thereof) but would encourage her to keep up with cleaning after it's clean. Kitchen & bath need a deep clean, one BR and a sitting room aren't too bad. Spare BR could be left until time allows - I've never hired a housekeeper/cleaner & do not have any idea of hours/salaries involved. I'm not even sure I can afford this, but driving there every week is not possible, especially when she just wants me to sit & visit every time I show up.
