Housekeeper Job in Moultonborough, New Hampshire

Looking for a responsible, professional person to clean a 4,100 sq ft lake front rental home during the summer season. The house must be cleaned on Saturday mornings starting promptly at 10:00AM each week. An additional house may be available either on the same day or on a different day of the week depending on the quality of the work. Services will begin in mid June and run through Labor Day. Expected duties include: Mop hardwood/tile floors Vacuum bedroom/hall carpets Clean four bathrooms Clean kitchen and eating areas Empty dishwasher Wipe down appliances and counter tops Wash sliding glass doors inside and out Strip and re-make all beds Wash all linens (two sets of laundry equipment are provided in the home) Clean out refrigerator Sweep outdoor decks and porch Empty bedroom, bathroom and kitchen trash cans All cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided by owner References and a background check will be required Must have reliable transportation Will be required to sign an independent contractor's agreement and release of liability Must be able to commit to working every Saturday at 10:00 AM sharp during the summer without exception Pay is $200 per week (this house can typically be cleaned by a single person in 4 hours or less) Interviews for interested parties will be conducted over Memorial Day weekend Call Andy at 503-706-... to arrange an appointment/interview
