SAY CLEAN!! As a house cleaner my goal is provide you with detailed cleaning services, so you can enjoy your time doing what you love in life. I am known for going above and beyond for my clients. I am a dependable, trustworthy, and a honest person. Cleanings Include: Kitchen: Microwave, refrigerator, sink, counter tops, stove top, and cabinets (inside when requested for additional fee.) Bedrooms: Dusting of all accessories and wiping of furniture, beds made in all rooms, and organization or special projects when requested. Bathrooms: Full cleaning around all surfaces, sinks, bath/shower, toilet, mirrors, and floors. Laundry Room: Wash, dry, fold, and iron (upon request.) Common Areas: Such as; living room, dining room, family rooms- Dusting and disinfecting of all surfaces, and cleaning up of toys or misplaced items. FLOORS in all rooms: vacuumed or mopped accordingly. Ceiling fans dusted and cleaned if with-in reach using a step ladder. All supplies are provided, unless client request specific products. My rates are very reasonable and I am very easy to work with regarding scheduling and request or specific needs. Standard Pricing: • Bi-Weekly Services for 3-4 hours per visit is $50 • Once a month Services for 6-8 hours in one visit is $100. • Additional projects such as cleaning behind appliances, re-organizing closets, steam cleaning carpets, or major DE cluttering is available to additional service fee.
