Housekeeper Job in O'Fallon, Missouri

I am a mother of two, expecting my third in November. Due to pregnancy complications my household is falling apart. I can not do everyday cleaning like I used to and things are a mess. I am looking for some one to come regularly to pick up the slack. The initial visit is going to be the roughest but weekly visits after that should be a breeze.
