Reputable Janitorial Company seeks an Independent, EXPERIENCED, reliable self-starter type Janitor to work 32 hours to start, During day shift, Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8am-5pm in San Mateo near Burlingame at a large nice Condo Complex and Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-1pm in Redwood City at a smaller Condo Complex. Starting wage is $13.00 to $15.00hr. Holidays off! Uniforms and Equipment and great support provided Key responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of the building interior, common areas and to adhere to the cleaning schedule. General responsibilities could include and not limited to: Clean, Scrub, Sweep, Mop and Vacuum floors, halls, lobbies, elevators, underground garages and trash rooms. Clean, Sanitize and detail trash shoots and laundry room and restrooms. Identify and report any problems in regards to maintenance, health, safety or security of the property. Be willing and capable to work the majority of the time independently, working hard, consistently, being honest and dependable. Be able to take initiative and have a good personal follow-thru, keeping to a rigid schedule and quality will be expected for this location. You will also be Responsible for Inventory of Solvents, Supplies, Towels, Equipment, Keys and an orderly clean janitorial closet.
