For example, laundry in addition to routine cleaning such as sweeping/vacuuming, dishes, and dusting will cost extra. OPTION 1: My usual once a week cleaning price is $100 weekly. With that I expect that my job will take one day, and only includes basic routine cleaning, the list below includes duties I will expect. GENERAL DUTIES -Sweeping/Mopping and Vacuuming -Dusting and wiping down surfaces (Unless you are present, I will not throw out mail and newspapers unless otherwise instructed) KITCHEN -Dishes -cleaning all counter tops -making the kitchen presentable by: Organizing countertops, throwing away trash, wiping down stove tops and outside of appliances Bathrooms: -Clean: Toilet bowls, sinks, tub/shower, surfaces -Dusting prior to sanitizing and cleaning surfaces -removing laundry -clear trash bins (replace bag) -Sweeping/Mopping (as needed) BEDROOMS [NOTE: I will only enter bedrooms if you specify you would like me to enter] -Make beds -Gather Laundry and place in laundry hamper (when present) (if there is no hamper, I will separate into piles making laundry easier for you) -Wipe down open surfaces. OPTION 2: This Option varies in price depending on the size of your home, and the amount of time since last cleaned, this refers to homes that aren't routinely cleaned and require more attention to detail, such as extensive dusting, laundry, etc. Prices can range from $150 for light extensive cleaning to $300 for heavy extensive cleaning. GENERAL DUTIES -Sweeping/Mopping and Vacuuming -Dusting and wiping down surfaces (Unless you are present, I will not throw out mail and newspapers unless otherwise instructed) --Cleaning windows inside home --Dusting fans and ceilings --Reorganizing various Surfaces/Bookshelves KITCHEN -Dishes -cleaning all counter tops -making the kitchen presentable by: Organizing countertops, throwing away trash, wiping down stove tops and outside of appliances --Cleaning inside Oven and Microwave --Clearing expired products and food from fridge --Cleaning Fridge inside and out --Re Organizing pantry/food storage unit --Cleaning walls around stove or where needed BATHROOMS -Clean: Toilet bowls, sinks, tub/shower, surfaces -Dusting prior to sanitizing and cleaning surfaces -removing laundry -clear trash bins (replace bag) -Sweeping/Mopping (as needed) --Clean walls behind Toilet and where needed --Clean Base boards where present. --Reorganize where needed (extensive cleaning in bathroom: mold, mildew, soap scum, etc that needs more attention and elbow grease will cost more) BEDROOMS -Make beds --Wipe down All surfaces. --Laundry (This may change price depending on loads, 1-3 loads of laundry total will maintain prices above, I will wash and dry laundry, you specify whether you would like it hung in a closet, what goes in drawers, or I can lay everything flat on the bed for you to do what you'd like with your clothing. Personal Laundry that is ((heavily)) soiled will cause a $25-50 extra charge) --Closets will be vacuumed and organized, Shelving in closets MUST have specific instructions otherwise I will not touch them) -- mattress (as needed) --Fluff pillows (as needed) --Dusting fans and ceilings If I have left anything out that concerns you, please bring that up when you text.
