Housekeeper Job in Columbus, Ohio

The Room Attendant is responsible for providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner. The individual will be responsible for cleaning and supplying guest rooms and other related areas in accordance to brand standards. Cleaning the guest rooms include: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting and ensuring room lights, air conditioner, television, radio, iron and hairdryer are in good working order. Other duties include: communicating clean status of each room upon, responding to guest requests and reporting any lost and found items, room discrepancies and maintenance requests. Any other duties as assigned.
