Hello,  My name is Carrie Gesner, I am a single mom of 2 awesome busy boys.  I am in need of earning some extra income and want to take my clean freak organizational skills to your house!! I have current references and AMAZING RATES!!  I offer and welcome weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or 1 time cleans.  Residential Cleaning includes, however, are not limited to  -Bathrooms from top to bottom & outside of cupboards.  -Kitchen scour sink, wipe countertops & outside of cupboards & fridge. Wipe stove top including burners. Complete inside microwave clean. As well as dining table and chairs wiped down.  -Dusting From top to bottom and everything in between, includes window sills, all furniture while taking special care of pictures and trinkets.  Vacuum entire house starting at the top furthest room and working my way down. You can expect your furniture and any pet beds etc to be vacuumed as well.  Washing Floors is done at the very end just before I leave. All floors will be washed. Depending the type of floor we can discuss what is best.  Also, all door knobs and handles are wiped & disinfected as well as obvious wall spots that I see as I'm cleaning.  Just a couple FYI'S  -I charge by the job NOT my time spent. With that said I am VERY reasonable.  -I am open to discussing further cleaning needs or maybe some organizational help. Don't delay asking me for any type of extra help.
