Housekeeper Job in Bethesda, Maryland

*****This SATURDAY OCTOBER 20TH special one-time cleaning job opportunity!!***** I am looking for three Housekeepingprofessionals to help with a large tidying and cleaning overhaul of a very messy/dirty 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in Bethesda, Maryland this coming Saturday 10/20. We are preparing it to be painted. The job split between three people, plus direction from myself, will involve: -- Cleaning relatively small kitchen (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping down counters, stove and cabinets) -- Putting foods in cabinets -- Help clearing out and cleaning inside of refrigerator -- Cleaning a small bathroom -- Clearing clutter from floors and furniture throughout condo -- Dusting throughout condo -- Vacuuming throughout condo -- Taking things out of boxes to be sorted, putting things into different boxes -- Help clearing out items in closets -- Stripping bedsheets, vacuuming mattresses, making beds -- Taking out trash and recycling -- Many loads of laundry machine washed, machine dried, and folded We plan to assign each person specific areas to be responsible for, roughly along the lines of: Person 1 – Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room Person 2 – Bedrooms and Bedroom Closets Person 3 – Bathroom, Hall Closet, Bath Closet, Laundry We’ll see if this structure works and adjust accordingly. We also expect each person to help each other out where needed. I will be around for the whole time to give direction and sort items for donation and other categories. We need people who are good at taking direction, good communicators, work effectively both alone and with others, and are really kind and understanding. Judgmental attitudes or meanness will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate dismissal. We hope for the whole job to last about 6 hours, and each person will be paid individually by the hour. Although the project has a strict budget, pay is negotiable.
