Alana Is THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO ME! She is an A++ housekeeper. She is kind and personable. She goes above and beyond the standard and even occasionally does things just for an extra touch without being asked! She notifies me if something goes wrong and also offers other services for my guests like firewood! She has a fair price and the quality of work she does is comparable to 5 star hotel. Since hiring Alana I HAVE never had a guest complain and I have had nothing but good reviews! I think she even helped bump me up to super host status on Airbnb. You should definitely use her services you will not be sorry!

We have hired Alana to to clean our rental cabin in between AirBnB guests. We are so lucky to be working with her and Craig. Alana is an amazing house cleaner and service professional! Very easy to communicate with about dates and cleaning needs. Very responsive to phone calls, text messages, and email. She provides great attention to detail while cleaning... everything looks immaculate, clean, and tidy after she is done cleaning. Highly recommend for regular house cleaning and/or house cleaning in-between AirBnB guests in your rental home.
