Place is always clean but must still be completely looked at and do the essentials before renters come in each Sat. for 4 straight weeks.
Had "someone" in place but at the last minute something happened with her baby and sort of left us hanging.
Will pay $65 per cleaning and you can do it in an hour.

Responsibilities will include:
Fridge cleaning
Surface polishing
Trash & recycling
