Housekeeper Job in Springfield, Virginia

We are a family of 5 with 2 kids and a grandma. Looking for someone to come in a couple of hours a day 3 days a week primarily for house keeping services - cleaning the home, dusting/mopping, laundry, loads/empty out dishwasher, change bed sheets, tidy up rooms, make beds etc. We however also need the housekeeper to be open to helping the grandma with tasks if needed. She is quite independent at the moment and does not need much support but might in the future and want to be able to count on that support should the need arise - changing their clothes, administering meds, taking them to and from the bathroom etc.
