Basic cleaning service includes the following, vacuumed carpets, mopped floors, cleaning of all common area surfaces-counter tops, sinks, toilets, bath tubs and showers, mirrors, tables, stands and dressers. Sanitization of sinks, tubs, and toilets. Bed linens changed and beds made. Washing of towels and linens provided if there are at least two sets of each to allow for off site laundering. Completing of a status report of room upon completion of cleaning service. Status report will include a list of any items needed to be replaced, repaired or items missing. I will also "stock" your Rental with supplies needed whether you mail them to me to deliver, or send me your list of items needed along with payment to purchase such items to be delivered to your Rental.
