***Parker Location 80134*** compensation: 9.00-9.50 hr Depending on experience Seeking for an individual who is looking for work part time, full time, day and evening hours this position is PART-TIME or FULL TIME. Responsibilities: Maintain and clean building entries and lobbies (including entry mats) Clean up spills as required Pick up debris and trash in common areas Respond to and service tenant cleaning work requests Clean, restock supplies, and maintain restrooms in common areas Remove trash daily Check vacant suites daily for problems Restock and order cleaning supplies as necessary Patrol stairwells daily for trash Clean and maintain entry glass daily Sweep and maintain exterior sidewalk (especially in winter months) Log and close cleaning maintenance requests in work order system Report suspicious activity Please Reply, text or contact Albert at 678-608-...
