Individual
Vacation Rental. Monthly cleaning 10 times/ year ( 30 day minimum stay). 450 sq foot. Laminate floors, NO carpets ! Windows, screens, mirrors, laundry and bed remaking, wet wipe salt from door and window tracks, appliances cleaned inside and out, plus usual cleaning. NEW washer , dryer in unit, plus dishwasher.
If my guests stay a few months, I would like a touchup surface polishing done monthly to keep the salt from destroying everything, so there would be work every month.
