Housekeeper Job in Seattle, Washington

I have 2 beautiful downtown Seattle condos for short term rentals. One is a studio is 1 bath/kitchen, the other is 2bedrooms/2 baths/1kitchen. I am looking for someone who can clean, tidy up, change bedsheet, clean as needed in between my short term renters. Renters will staying from 1 day up to 2-weeks at a time. It won't be full cleaning each time, more like clean as needed. I am looking for someone who can work with me on this non-routine schedule. Looking for a hourly rate, I have not found any one who can meet my need because most cleaners have a 3-4 hour minimum which I don't need.
