Housekeeper Job in New Lisbon, Wisconsin

We need someone to take care of and clean our lake home on an as needed basis. It would include doing usual housecleaning plus occasional cleanup after having large groups to our house; changing sheets and putting house back in order. We need someone obviously trustworthy, someone with energy and who doesn't mind doing the extra things such as removing cobwebs from outside of house, sweeping porch and patio, watering outdoor plants, cleaning windows when needed etc. Basically doing whatever needs to be done to maintain our house inside and out. I'm looking for someone to develop a good relationship with to help take care of our house when we can't be there, someone who doesn't always have to be told what to do but sees what needs to be done.
