We offer 2 types of cleaning services : ( Flat rate discussed at time of first meet to see your home and setup visit schedule ) Light cleaning service : Vacuuming, washing of floors, dusting of furniture, cleaning of bathrooms, cleaning of counter tops, cleaning of stove ( outside only ), cleaning of microwave ( inside and out ), taking out the trash, wiping mirrors. Please note : We do not move furniture or climb on ladders for out of reach areas. ( Hourly rate discussed at time of first meet to see your home and setup visit schedule ) Heavy cleaning service : Vacuuming, washing of floors, dusting of furniture, cleaning of bathrooms, cleaning of counter tops, cleaning of stove ( outside only ), cleaning of microwave ( inside and out ), taking out the trash, wiping mirrors, cleaning of windows indoor, making the bed, vacuum furniture, washing walls, moving light furniture to clean underneath, cleaning of ceiling fans within reach, additional requests are negotiable. Please note : We do not move heavy furniture ( sofas, beds, dressers, bookcases, etc. We do not climb on ladders for out of reach areas. We have 5 years of residential cleaning. We offer Saturday cleaning services. We only use home friendly products. Here are some examples : Sparkle Glass Cleaner - Ammonia Free for glass surfaces, Murphy's Wood Soap for hardwood floors, Comet for toilets, Awesome Cleaner with and Span for counter tops and bathroom basins, etc. Or, if you prefer, we can use your own supplied products to clean your home. We don't quote prices over the phone. We would like to meet first at locations being requested for cleaning, discuss services required to provide a suitable price.
