Housekeeper in Peoria, Arizona

I am offering a house cleaning service. All supplies are provided unless client has specific ones. I have 3 years house cleaning experience. Here is a little information about the services I can provide as well as pricing: KITCHEN CLEANING: -Clean and disinfect counters and back splashes -Clean and disinfect inside/outside of microwave -Clean outside of other appliances: Fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher ect... (Inside appliances a small additional fee) -Wipe down cabinets/hardware -Polish steal appliances -Clean range filter/vent -Clean and sanitize sinks -Sweep and mop floors BATHROOM CLEANING: -Clean/sanitize sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs -Clean mirrors/glass -Wipe off knick knacks -Sweep and mop floors BEDROOM CLEANINGS: -Change sheets (if available) -Make bed -Dust furniture/shelves -Dust or wipe off any knick knacks and anything hanging on the walls -Vacuum/sweep/mop floors ANY OTHER ROOMS (living room, hallways, office, laundry room ect...): -Dust all hard surfaces -Vacuum carpets/rugs -Sweep/mop hard floors -Polish any wood -Clean blinds -Clean laundry appliances With every cleaning for each room these apply: -Empty garbage -Wash dirty laundry (small additional charge) -Dust baseboards (deep clean baseboards for small additional charge) -Wipe windows (small additional charge) PRICING: Once I am contacted to clean your home, we can talk about pricing. I'm very negotiable as long as it is reasonable. I have charged these different ways in the past -12-15 cents per sq. ft. -$25-$30 per hour (just think because I am the only cleaner coming so this may be more expensive. -$20 per room (kitchen, living areas & bedrooms) $10-15 per bathroom.
