20 plus years of experience, Looking for a few more clients for residential house cleaning. I Charge by the sq Ft. It is my responsibility to respect every home/client with courtesy. I clean top to bottom, left to right and clean my way out of every room. I supply cleaning products/vacuum..... you prefer your own products, I wont be disappointed. My cleaning products are Eco sense. A few clients I have use windex, vim etc, and that I have a supply of as well. I make sure I have products and material of what people prefer to use in their homes. I do move some furniture when I clean, depending on floors and how heavy. I wash floors by hand, depending how large the floor is. Damp wash of hardwood/laminate with special mops. The service I provide -Thorough clean of kitchens (outside surfaces) -Thorough clean of bathrooms (outside surfaces) -Dust every room -Vacuum every room (floors/carpet) never sweep -Spot wash walls/windows -Baseboards/trim, light switches, ledges etc -Stainless steel appliances -Front and back entrances -Organize throw pillows, throw blankets, magazines and so on I do not go into anything that is closed, example, china cabinet ,closets, fridges, stoves etc Vinegar/water mix is what I use on glass and mirrors. Paper towel is always used on and around toilets. Cross contamination is a big deal and people should practice more of it, but don't. I took a few courses in the past about cross contamination and so on. I use products that won't damage surfaces. My Vacuums, one is bagless and the other has 4 filters.which are emptied and cleaned before entering a home. Also, have hepa filters. My prices are as follows.. -up to 1300 sq Ft $60-$70 ...sq Ft - 2000sq Ft $80-$95 Will discuss pricing with larger homes. References are provided from current clients upon request.
