Consults are scheduled according to your schedule: days, evenings or weekends. During this time we will do a home walk through and note any special requests you may have. House Cleaning and Maid Services - We offer one time or regular house cleaning. Our team is reliable and well trained to meet your expectations. Office Cleaning - We work with you to design a customized janitorial and building maintenance program for your office Deep Cleaning - Once in a while our homes or offices require a deep clean. Let us get scrubbing and reach every corner to give your place and extra shine Move in Move out Clean - Moving in and out can be really stressful, especially when we have to clean it up for the next tenants or for ourselves. We will do the hard work while you take a couple hours to yourself After event cleaning - Having a party? Too tired to clean up after your event? We are at your service to put your home or venue back to what it looked like before the fun and games Rates *prices are negotiable* $25 per hour per staff 1 staff minimum 2 hours 2 staff minimum 1.5 hours Parking must be provided for staff by customer. If there is pay parking it is to be covered by customer Arrival time We give you a 30 minute early arrival time to allow any factors beyond our control such as traffic, accidents etc
