Housekeeper Job in Key West, Florida

Hi! We are in search of a housekeeper to clean our home on a bi-weekly basis. The pay is $60 cash after the job is completed, every other week. Duties will include: • 2 Bedrooms -- change sheets (laundry not required) -- dust blinds -- dust fans -- vacuum carpet • 2.5 Bathrooms -- toilets, sinks, shower/baths -- clean/sanitize counters -- dust blinds -- sweep & steam mop tile floors -- vacuum rugs • Kitchen -- clean/sanitize counters -- bleach sink -- clean oven -- clean stove top -- clean microwave -- clean outside of appliances -- wipe down cabinet fronts -- sweep & steam mop tile floors • Floors -- Downstairs is all tile: sweep steam mop, vacuum area rugs -- Stairs & Upstairs is mostly carpeted: vacuum; tile in bathrooms: sweep steam mop • Misc. -- clean back French door windows -- dusting -- remove couch cushions & vacuum debris underneath -- dust/clean base boards/interior doors/walls once per month Vacuum, steam mop, and cleaning products provided. You can choose the day of the week, but you must have availability every other week on that chosen day starting the job at 9:00am. Must be: trustworthy, reliable, punctual, hardworking, have attention to detail, and provide at least 2 professional references. We are a military family in base housing, so U.S. citizenship with a valid driver's license and no criminal record are requirements to come onto base.
