I worked in the housekeeping department for the pasts 6 years, 5 years with a world voted best all inclusive family Resort. Beaches Resort Villages and spa at Turks and Caicos Islands as a room Attendant and I was trained in the linen room and some time was assigned to cover the linen room Attendant shift when needed in wish I answered phone call take the guest request and ensure they are complete in a timely manner, assigned team members on the floor by printe out their worksheet prepared the morning allocation sheets and closed the supplie and linen book send out the day report to the manager, and sometimes was assigned to check and VI room when needed.
