We have a two bedroom and den basement suite that we normally rent out for $1000 per month, we are looking for someone who would provide us with housekeeping services in exchange we will reduce the rent to $600 per month. The suite is 1,000 square feet, has a full kitchen and bath, is close to schools, transportation and shopping and located in a family oriented neighbourhood in South Surrey/Cloverdale area. We are two professionals withe a nine year old daughter who lives with us part time. Our current tenant has now vacated the suite so its avaialable for rent at any time.
