Housekeeper in San Antonio, Texas

I love cleaning and i have a eye for detail. I am a very well organized neat freak. Everyone that knows me dont get offended when i go to their house and clean. When hired for my cleaning services i do what is required and i even more than what is expected of me. I dont rush nor do i take my time. I like working at motels with another partner that i have because we always work in a team together. Im one that doesnt need to be watched over nor worried about things going wrong. I work at a motel right now but im ttying to relocate to another company or location. We have four managers. The owner, the wife, and the owners mom and dad. They always have something to complain about due to lack of communication on their part. They rush us alot and we have three of them telling us different things thru out the day. We try to make them happy but when we explain to the wife why we take long because the owner wants us to put ajax in tubs every day and spit shine the stainless steel equipt and take off ac cover and scrub it in everyroom on a daily bases. She yells at us and says no and we tell her that her husband said that and than she tells us no to stop so when the owner comes we get yelled at. We feel very unappreciative their. I been their for three months and they went thru five housekeepers and im still there putting up with it and at that im the one who makes sure we dont leave room until it looks professional. I can take as much disrespectful attitude they have because i need this job and im not one to even start an argument with the staff members. Im one of those girls that everyone calls perfectionist and organized neat freak. I make sure everything is straight. Why vacuum if you dont dust. Why spray than wipe if you dont scrub. I woukd want to put ajax in every tub and scrub as well as take off the water stains from all stainless steel in restrooms. I want to make sure my customers are welcomed as if it was their home. I deep clean everyday even if im asked to do it once a week because i wouldnt want my customers to take a shower from previous cutomer. It may look clean but when u just spray and wipe all your doing is cleaning out hair and making it look like its new but what i see behind my eyes is a bunch of bacteria waiting to get the next person contaminated with. I hope this says alot about me and how i can make a difference in your business to where you feel i dont need the boss over my shoulders or to double check every room. You will feel like you can be able to take a long vacation or hardly be onsite because you have a good employ who hires (if asked) people who see things my way and team up to find ways to improve any concerns customers may have
