Housekeeper Job in Austin, Texas

We are a furniture and housewares rental company and we need a housekeeping super star to join our team! We provide furniture and housewares for one, two and three bedroom apartments with all of the conveniences of home and offer our guests weekly, every-other-week, and monthly maid services. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Home Services Specialist performs activities necessary to set up a new apartment for a guest's arrival to include (but not limited to) preparing, selecting, and delivering housewares. •Perform activities necessary to pick up a corporate housing apartment to include (but not limited to) returning housewares to the warehouse, cleaning, and repacking housewares. •Complete daily work orders for activities to maintain existing corporate housing apartments •Clean occupied apartments as directed -- Perform Maid Service for our guests •Clean vacant apartments upon guests' departure •Assist with preparation of guest move-in items •Make minor repairs as necessary to meet quality standards. •Maintain or communicate maintenance needs for company vehicle; maintaining a log to ensure all maintenance required is done timely and consistently. •Follow process guidelines on managing inventory, set ups, fluff's, housekeeping visits and tear downs to ensure market and guest satisfaction. •Be responsive to any customer service issues that arise •Maintain customer happiness •Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: •Housekeeping experience •Experience or aptitude with handling, lifting, and maneuvering, heavy merchandise •Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check •Excellent attendance and punctuality •Strong communication skills •Ability to multi-task •Attention to detail; particularly with regard to cleanliness of furnished apartment •Time management skills •Ability to work well within a team environment •Ability to work overtime and weekends/flexible schedules; occasional overnight assignments may be required •Bending, lifting, sorting on daily basis; lifting and carrying up 50 lbs on a regular and consistent basis, and as much as 50 lbs on occasion •Ability to climb stairs while carrying cleaning supplies •Professional appearance and attitude •Excellent customer service •Computer skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel EOE/M-F/D-V THIS EMPLOYER PARTICIPATES IN E-VERIFY CWS Home Services creates fully furnished, livable spaces for individuals in-between homes, students in transition, and real estate professionals looking for the tools to stage their properties to sell.
