Housekeeper Job in South Padre Isla, Texas

I am looking for a reliable housekeeper to clean my home on South Padre Island. I need someone with reliable transportation that can clean once a week. Must speak English. I have cats so I need someone who isn't allergic or just doesn't like cats. My home is a 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms with tile floors and a carpeted staircase. Job involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and thoroughly cleaning the kitchen & bathrooms. You would not have to do laundry, clean the cat box or make the beds.
