There are a number of factors that can change how much I charge per cleaning such as whether it's weekly or bi-weekly, how many rooms/ bathrooms you have, if you have children or pets, and what exactly you're expecting me to do. I will give you a rough idea of what I do and how much I usually charge. My basic plan includes but is not limited to: Living rooms: Vacuuming the carpet/ sweeping and mopping hard floors, dusting all furniture and shelves, organizing bookshelves or other areas, washing windows, wiping dust off blinds/ shutters, removing cobwebs, etc. Kitchen: Sanitizing all surfaces (counters, front of appliances, microwaves, etc), basic organizing of appliances (such as coffee pots, blenders, and shelves/ dish racks), cleaning the sink, sweeping and mopping the floor. Bedrooms: Remake the bedsheets, dust all surfaces, remove all found cobwebs from ceiling, pick up any unorganized items (dirty clothes, toys, dishes, etc.), wash any walls that may seem grimy, vacuum the carpets, etc. Bathrooms: Disinfect and scrub the shower and toilet, wipe outside surfaces of toilet, remove any found rust, sanitize the sink/ counter, clean the mirror, organize any clutter from hygiene products, empty the garbage, sweep and mop the floor, make sure all decorative items/ towels are clean, wipe down walls/ baseboards Things that can be included in the list may include: Cleaning litter boxes/ pet beds Laundry washed, folded, and put away All dishes gathered and washed Children's toys picked up and organized neatly Carpet cleaning Wood polishing all wood furniture in home Outside work (gardening, watering flower beds, pulling weeds, mowing, etc.) Deep cleaning such as the inside of the stove/ fridge Clean bedsheets changed out on all beds in the home Now to get down to my basic rates. I normally charge $100-$175 for everything included in the list above on a bi-weekly basis. If done weekly I give a 5% discount. Every 4th clean you will receive a 10% discount and any referral to my business where someone tries me out will give you a 30% discount on one clean. My rates are between 15-40% lower than large employed businesses and I look at every client as if I were cleaning my own home and I do the job accordingly. For one time cleans dealing with times such as; family reunions, kids birthday parties, move outs/ move ins, etc. I charge $20-$25 an hour depending on what's being asked of me.
