Housekeeper Job in Waterloo, Ontario

We are looking for someone to come in daily for 1-3 hours (depending on what needs to be done, ~10 hours per week) to tidy up messes, do laundry, put away dishes, make the beds, clean the house (over the course of the week), and if possible walk our 11 year old dog around the block. An example of a weekly schedule that we had with our previous housekeeper is given below. This schedule can be altered. Monday Tidy (basement, main floor, upstairs) * Pick up toys, straighten shoes etc. Kitchen * Wash and put away dishes (incl. dishwasher if clean) * Wipe counters, table, children\'s chairs, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave Bathrooms (all) * Wipe counters, sinks, clean toilets Main floor * Vacuum and spray mop all floors Laundry * Change all bathroom towels * Change all bedroom sheets * Wash, fold, put away laundry * Iron anything in ironing pile **Walk Dog if time and weather permits Tuesday Tidy (main floor) * Pick up toys, straighten shoes etc. Kitchen * Wash and put away dishes (incl. dishwasher if clean) * Wipe counters, table, boys chairs, stove, Main floor * Vacuum all floors Basement * Dry dust book shelves, tv and tv cabinet * Wipe coffee table w/ damp cloth * Dry dust baseboards * Vacuum under couch and chair cushions * Vacuum family room carpet (incl. stairs) * Vacuum laundry room floor, wipe washer and dryer Laundry * Finish up laundry from Monday **Walk Dog if time and weather permits Wednesday Tidy (main floor) * Pick up toys, straighten shoes etc. Kitchen * Wash and put away dishes (incl. dishwasher if clean) * Wipe counters, table, boys chairs, stove, Main floor * Vacuum all floors Bedrooms * Dry dust tables, dressers, lamps, shelves (wipe with damp cloth if necessary) * Dry dust baseboards and pictures * Vacuum carpets, including stairs * Spray mop hardwood in room A Bathrooms (upstairs) * Clean sinks, counters, toilets, bathtub/shower * Clean mirrors * Wipe cabinets and baseboards with damp cloth * Vacuum and mop floors **Walk Dog if time and weather permits Thursday Tidy (main floor) * Pick up toys, straighten shoes etc. Kitchen * Wash and put away dishes (incl. dishwasher if clean) * Wipe counters, sink, table, boys chairs, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave * Wipe kitchen cupboards Main floor (living and dining room, hallway and den) * Dry dust coffee tables, end tables, lamps, curio cabinet, dining room cabinet * Dry dust baseboards, pictures, staircase ledges * Wipe dining room chairs and table legs with damp cloth * Clean nose prints off front door, back door, picture window * Vacuum and bucket mop all floors Bathroom (main floor) * Clean sink, counter, toilet * Clean mirror * Wipe cabinet and baseboards with damp cloth * Vacuum and mop floor **Walk Dog if time and weather permits Friday Tidy (main floor) * Pick up toys, straighten shoes etc. Kitchen * Wash and put away dishes (incl. dishwasher if clean) * Wipe counters, table, boys chairs, stove, Bathrooms (all) * Wipe counters, sinks, clean toilets Main floor * Vacuum all floors Laundry * Wash, fold, put away laundry (iron if necessary) * Iron anything in ironing pile **Walk Dog if time and weather permits
