Housekeeper in Eugene, Oregon

Hello! I am seeking one or two clients in or around Eugene, who are in need of house cleaning one or two times a week. I can also provide services once a month or on an as needed basis. I have 5 years experience, references, and am available to clean on weekdays and weekends. 2 hour minimum and up to 5 hours max. General cleaning duties start at $20/hr and include: Dusting and polishing (of furniture, all knick-knacks and photos) Clearing floors of clutter/toys Window sills Vacuuming (all accessible carpeted areas and rugs, stairs,as well as furniture cushions as needed) Kitchen (dishes, countertops and countertop appliances, cabinets, stove, floors) Bathrooms (toilets, shower tub, counter/sink, floors and baseboards) Additional cleaning of windows, or laundry, plant and/or pet care, or any other special requests would come at an extra $10 per request. I am willing to negotiate tasks and prices, and would love to set-up a meeting to discuss expectations.
