Very active, high profile couple offers an exceptional career opportunity for a talented, health conscious Chef who can be creative even when working with many dietary restrictions. We are seeking a Chef with experience cooking in the style of Spa Cuisine: seasonal, healthy, raw foods, nutritionally optimal meals with a creative flair. One must be extremely comfortable preparing gluten-free, dairy-free, organic regimens. The Chef will be provided with very detailed list of food preferences.The Chef will be responsible for planning and collaborating for a weekly menu for review and approval, and serving and clearing after meals. In addition, the Chef will be responsible for care and cleaning, maintaining equipment and inventories in the kitchens, cleaning out and restocking the main refrigerator regularly, and planning, coordinating and executing special events.This is a full-time opportunity based in suburban Detroit, Michigan; however, there will be extensive travel to another home and private yacht in Florida. The position can be live-in or live-out, however, the Chef must be completely free to travel, often without notice and sometimes for extended periods of time.
