I was trained and have acted as a GS-BUS-04 in the Centralized Training Facility and D Block supervising a large number of custodial staff. * Cleans and dusts areas such as offices, classrooms, museums, labs, stairways, corridors and elevators. * Dust mops and wet mops floors. * Cleans, disinfects and maintains restrooms and bathrooms. * Cleans glass, chalkboards, display cases, interior partitions and light fixtures which are reachable from the floor. * Refills toilet paper, paper towel, and sanitary napkin and soap dispensers. * Cleans and polishes hardware such as doors, woodwork, door handles, push plates, kick plates, metal handrails, and drinking fountains. * Vacuums and spot clean rugs. * Removes and cleans floor mats and entrance rug runners. * Maintains service rooms and storage areas in a clean orderly manner. * Maintains adequate supply of cleaning equipment, materials and supplies. * Uses cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, squeegees, cleaning cloths, sponges, pails, brushes, vacuum cleaners, etc. * Turns in found articles in accordance with CCAD policy. * Removes waste paper baskets and containers, and empties same into trash containers and cleans area after trash has been picked up
