You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, move in/out, and one time cleaning type. There is an introduction what I do: Basic cleaning (Services include) - Outside the appliances cleaned - Counters wiped and sanitized - Kitchen sink washed - Kitchen floor vacuumed and mopped - Garbage disposed of Bathroom: - Bath/shower cleaned - Mirrors cleaned - Toilet cleaned and sanitized - Sink cleaned and sanitized - Bathroom floors vacuumed and washed Bedroom: - Change sheets if needed - Dust all furniture - Dust ceiling fan. - Dust windows/baseboards - Vacuumed/mopped Living room/Dinning room/Common areas: - Dust. - Vacuumed/mopped Other cleaning services available as per request: - Refrigerator/ oven (inside)-$15 - Laundry ( washed, dried, folded) - the price will be discussed. - Kitchen cabinets (inside) -$15 - Own supplies-$10 plus own equipment-$5 Price List: - Initial cleaning $25/hour. - The further price is fixed and would be discussed after the initial cleaning. - One time cleaning $30/hour. - Move in/ out cleaning $25-35/hour - The office cleaning price would be discussed during an estimate. References will be given during interview or by request.
