The purpose of this position is to provide clean and supplied rooms and to help us achieve our company mission, which is, “To exceed guest expectations by consistently providing friendly service, superior accommodations and distinctive products and amenities all at a value that inspires long lasting customer relationships.” Position Duties 1. Provides immediate greeting and quality service to all guests. 2. Cleans guestrooms and bathrooms as per company standards. 3. Carries out weekly duties as assigned. 4. Assists with the quarterly and fall cleaning duties. 5. Empties dirty linens from cart on a timely basis. 6. Operates and maintains vacuums as per company standards. 7. Stocks room attendant cart with full supplies at the end of the day. 8. Is responsible for following proper key control. 9. Turns in all lost and found items to the Head Housekeeper. 10. Reports any associate injury. 11. Performs all other related duties as assigned Position Requirements 1. Neat, well-groomed appearance. 2. Attention to detail with a desire to provide a high-quality product. 3. Must have flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings. 4. Ability to perform manual labor throughout entire shift 5.
