Hello, I am a 50 year Brazilian woman who has been working with housekeeping for the past 25 years in the West Hartford, Avon, Simsbury, Bloomfield area. I have great references, some of 25 years. Some of the services that I provide are the following: Full Cleaning Includes - Vacuuming - Moping - Dusting - Laundry ( Washing and Drying) All rooms :Bedrooms, Living Rooms,Kitchen, Dinning Rooms, Bathrooms, Basements, and Dens I am glad to work with all normal cleaning products and also safe environmental cleaning products. It all depends on your choice. I do have my own vacuum but have no problem using the tenants. I am available all days of the week and I can do weekly, Bi-weekly or monthly visits. I like to work with a fixed rate for each house. How this works is that I will schedule a visit with you, find out all your needs and establish a price for your house. Normally ranging from $100- $150. I don't work with a specific number of hours. I get the jobs done and I am free to go.
