Housekeeper Job in Rossville, Tennessee

I'm looking for a general housekeeper who will make sure to get the little things (like a smear on a door frame wiped off) on a regular basis. I'm tired of hiring people and paying a high price for service that goes down with every cleaning. If you are not dedicated to keeping my house clean and being here as scheduled, If you steal you will be prosecuted, if you don't like hidden cameras,then don't even apply. I understand missing something once in a while-we are all human, but missing something week after week is not acceptable. I am partially physically disabled and cannot clean like I used to. I have 3 dogs, so the floors are almost always dirty. My pet peeves are: dirty window sills and dirty baseboards, dirty appliance facings, and dust that can be seen under the couch. Once a month I like the blinds, ceiling fans, and tops of door and window frames dusted. Twice a year I like deep cleaning, windows, wet cleaning blinds, window tracts, walls ect.)I prefer wet dusting to feather dusting. I want the floor behind the toilets cleaned every week. I want the furniture moved (with exception of beds, dressers, and book shelves) and cleaning under them every week. Dog hair gets everywhere. We do our own laundry and dishes, but need help with it if it get's out of hand. We have a screened patio that needs to be cleaned as part of the house(dust, vacuum and mopped).
