I have years of experience when I was back in my home town Australia, and worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor for a Resort in Northern Queensland, managing 4 - 6 staff members. I also previously worked years before then in a Western Australian Casino Resort doing Room Attending in a team of approx 6 staff each shift. Housekeeping & Food and Beverage Supervisor, Mantra Group Portsea, Port Douglas Qld Australia Responsibilities Housekeeping • Clean all departures ready for arrivals in teams of 1 or 2 in set times • Assist in stock ordering and stock room tidying • Keep trolleys need and tidy and full • Service rooms as required for mid-stays and daily services • Communicate with front office & maintenance staff for efficient service • Liaise with resort guests with any requests • Relief Housekeeping supervisor as required, duties such as management of daily staff (approx 5 staff) to make sure all tasks are complete for the day, roster changes, ordering, liaise with management with any issues, day to day discussions and checking of all arrival rooms.
