JOB DESCRIPTION Full-Time Housekeeper (live-out) LOCATION: Stinson Beach Area, CA EMPLOYER: Professional couple with 2 dogs RESIDENCE: Main House Two Guest cottages (1000 sq ft each) OTHER STAFF: Estate Manager, Indoor Handyman, Outdoor Handyman, Florist/Gardener, Party Planner DUTIES: · Complete daily upkeep of home · Rotational cleaning of the cottages · Food preparation - occasional · Collect hen eggs, or pick fruits and vegetables from the garden · Pet care-occasionally and /or housesitting · Laundry HOURS OF SERVICE: 40 hour week. Monday through Friday with flexibility QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTER SKETCH: · The candidate should be a career oriented and professional. The main character trait is to be anticipatory and self-motivated · Detail oriented and self-directed · Courteous, discreet, honest and responsible character · Be well groomed, non-drug user, physically able to perform the duties of the position · Able to sign and adhere to confidentiality agreement · Non smoker · Be kind, and warm · Be willing to travel on a windy road daily to get to the residence COMMUNICATION: Be able to communicate well with the Principals and Estate Manager SALARY AND BENEFITS: · $25.00-$3... hr. based on experience · Medical and Dental Benefits · 401K · PTO · 10 Vacation days · Partial assistance with relocation costs OTHER: The hiring process will include a background check and confidentiality agreement
