Housekeeper Job in Needham, Massachusetts

I need local (Needham or surrounding towns) help. I work from home full time. Need a couple days a week of cleaning help, perhaps some dog walking (one active friendly Australian shepard), and a large garden (weeding, deadheading, etc). I can be flexible with timing. Will pay $15/hr initially, if we are a good fit will move to $20/hr within three months. About 10-20 hours per week.
