Cleaning for properties originates in four different occasions: Guest Departure Mid-stay Freshen Deep Clean Guest Departure Guest departure cleans will automatically be scheduled when a guest is entered in our calendar. The assigned cleaner will submit a weekly cleaning schedule to First Choice which will be confirmed with the occupancy report for that week. Any discrepancies will be reconciled by First Choice and the cleaner. Mid-stay Freshen- this is automatically requested when a property has been vacant for some time between stays.
