Instead of having someone come out and use a pressure washer that can take paint off the side of your house or strip away some of the stucco, Allow me to come out and do a soft wash of your home. I use the following products: Mold Armor, 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner, Krud Kutter Multi-Purpose House Wash (Contains no bleach or ammonia), Wet & Forget Moss, Mold, Mildew & Algae Stain Remover (Contains no bleach or ammonia) and Straight Chlorine for heavy cleaning as needed. The product i decide to use is based on if the customer prefers that no chlorine/beach is used and on the types of trees/flowers that is around the house. I also use soft bristle brushes on areas that have a lot of dirt/mold/stains. Average size house takes approximately 2-3 hours to clean. Screen enclosure, Roof Cleaning and Window cleaningservices also Available.
