Housekeeper Job in Las Vegas, Nevada

This is a cleaning job for vacation condos. The expectation of this job is that the condo be cleaned after guests check out and prepared for guests checking in the same way as you would expect in a 5-star hotel. The tasks to be performed are: • Do laundry • Do dishes and put them away • Clean baths and toilets • Vacuum the whole floor • Mop the whole floor • Make the beds • Fold and hang towels • Dust all surfaces • Wipe appliances Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • Good cleaning skills • Attention to detail - No cutting corners • Punctuality • Work efficiently • Ability to read English • Work any day there is work to do - including weekends and holidays. • Must be able to work under pressure and meet check-in deadlines • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices • High school diploma or GED required Working conditions: Cleaning is needed when guests check out. Some days there may be no cleaning. Therefore the work schedule is flexible. • Be able to perform 3 hours of cleaning tasks per condo • Be able to clean up to two condos a day • Be able to start work by 11AM and finish by 4PM or 6PM (in case of two condos). • Be able to start work before 11AM on request. • Be available to work weekends and public holidays • Cleaning assignment must be performed without fail Physical Requirements: • Must have a car • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with this job • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs • Must be able to clean up to two condos a day, alone – a total of about 6 hours excluding travel time between condos • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
