Housekeeper Job in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan

Housekeeper / Home Manager We just purchased a very well known estate in Bloomfield Hills (Cranbrook area) and we are on the hunt for an amazing housekeeper / home manager. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and treat the our home as if it where their own, keeping it pristine, organized, and in tip-top shape at all times. Responsibilities: Follow our home cleaning framework to keep the house tidy, clean, and sanitary. Create and maintain a home inventory system, keeping the house stocked with cleaning supplies, groceries, toiletries, etc., at all times. Keep the home organized and clean up clutter as needed. Make sure all laundry is cleaned weekly, taking items to the drycleaners as needed. Ensure appropriate maintenance of the home by scheduling and coordinating regular home maintenance activities. Monitor and supervise the activities of various laborers at the house, making sure they are diligent, courteous, and respectful of the house and property they are working on. Report any broken or malfunctioning items within the home. Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to perform cleaning and home management duties 3-5 days per week. Skills: Organized, detail oriented, hard working Self-motivated problem solver Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and kneel Ability to lift up to 30lbs Basic computer skills Experience: Must have professional housekeeping experience Prior experience cleaning & managing estates is a major plus If you're a perfectionist, a bit OCD and love working on unique estates, then we should talk!
