Whether u need a one time clean or an ongoing service , you can and will benefit from calling me. I have flexible hours and will work around your schedule as much as possible. Quotes can be given over phone ,email,or text but here is the basics: In waco 1 bedroom home-$40.00 2 bedroom home $50.00 3 bedroom home--$60.00 3 bedrooms add $10.00 per bedroom (if you have a 4 bedroom home but only need 2 bedrooms cleaned u will be charged for a 2 bedroom home NOT A 4 BEDROOM HOME) Outside waco (up to 1/2 hour away) Prices remain the same but a 20.00 gas fee is added for travel to and from your residence, Anything further than 1/2 hour away will need o be discussed to see if it is worth both our time and effort and your money. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO EXPECT TO GET FROM ME: a complete cleaning of all rooms bedroom living kitchen and bathroom. I supply my own cleaning products and accessories to clean with. However you do not have to use my products if you have ones you want me to use that is fine but understand i will NOT discount my services based on this. Bedrooms: Bathrooms: vaccum swept/mopped dust sink / toilets tidy up tub/shower make beds (a wipe down of tub or shower is included but if you want a complete removal of soap scum build up--you know the the kind i'm talking about you will need to pay extra) kitchen: living room: countertops tidy up outside of appliances dust dishes vaccum floor swept /mopped (please no more than two days worth of dishes) I do provide add on services most are a flat fee of 10.00 but some will vary see list belwo: Windows- inside/outside inside stove inside fridge inside cabinets laundry ironing Is there something you need done that i haven't listed? call me and we will figure it out together!!
