If you are moving out of your apartment/home, get the most back of your deposit refund by leaving your space spotless. Having previously worked for a property management company deep cleaning the properties after tenants moved out, I know exactly what landlords will be looking for when inspecting the property to decide how much to keep from your deposit. I've seen countless cases where tenants thought that they had done a great job cleaning by themselves, only to have us find MANY things they had missed, and probably hadn't even thought about. From making sure you're space is ready for the inspection and ready to pass, so that you are able to get the maximum refund back from your deposit, to just getting that neglected extra bathroom cleaned up and ready for guests, i will meet all expectations without you having to pay the steep prices of local cleaning companies. There is no job too small. I normally ask 15$ per hour, or am willing to negotiate an over all price based on looking at the space. Prices are negotiable. With cleaning as a side job, times that I am available may vary. I am a simple woman that has been in Missoula most of my life, just trying to make extra money doing something I truly enjoy.
