My current position is casual dietitian with Alberta Health Services. I primarily work with patients and medical teams to prevent malnutrition. I have expanded my communication skills due to the variety of patients, families, and colleagues I educate on nutrition topics, behaviour change, and the role of dietitians within medical teams. I thoroughly enjoy developing rapport and collaborating with patients and colleagues to enhance patient health and satisfaction. This position provides approximately six days of work per month so I can easily take on other jobs to make ends meet and fill my open schedule.
